The design process

We know the best way to communicate your message is through a cohesive visual identity. But this is more than just getting the job done. It’s about connecting with you on a personal level, working through your core problems and pushing boundaries.

Discovery

Who you are and where you are going. With a step-by-step guide, we break down your design goals and help organize your thoughts. It doesn’t need to be pretty but will give us a clear picture of how to move forward in the right direction.

Research

Ideas before creation. What’s in your market that you love, what can you live without? We will explore what visuals get you excited and speak to your target audience. By building a comprehensive library of visuals, we uncover certain behaviors to help differentiate your brand.

Concept

This is the fun part. We dig in and build on the overall art direction and design concepts. Using the mood board as a guide, we develop initial sketches to merge mood with material.  Now that we understand you, we know how to make you stand out from the competition, where to remain classic, and when to take risks.

Evaluation

There should never be any (bad) surprises. We find it critical to check-in and make sure we are moving in the right direction. Now is the time to work through any pain points and reevaluate our initial strategy if necessary. For true love to happen we know having an open dialogue is key.

Refinement & launch

Letting the work sparkle. We guide, reflect, and build on your feedback. We expand your possibilities. The final outcome becomes a living identity, built from purpose and poised for growth. And we launch you into the world, ready to build connections, trust, and credibility with your ideal audience.
